Wheelchair Rugby League has been described as one of the ‘most eye-catching and awe-inspiring sports on the planet’ – and it’s coming to York on Sunday 26th May.

The best of England’s emerging talent will face off at The York Sport Arena at 2.45pm – the highlight of an action-packed event for all the family, which also includes a Youth Wheelchair RL festival in the morning and a midday match between York RLFC and Bradford Bulls.

Wheelchair Rugby League has exploded in popularity since England’s dramatic, last-minute victory over France in the 2022 World Cup Final.

Now, the architect of that famous win, England head coach Tom Coyd, is in the process of unearthing the next generation of talent to take on the world.
