YLNI 13th Annual Young Leaders Conference

The 13th Young Leaders NI Conference will take place on Friday 12th June 2026 from 12 noon!

'Leading with Purpose: Impact that Matters' will bring together leaders from a wide range of sectors across Northern Ireland including finance, academia, law, creative industries and communications and marketing.

During the Conference the Carson McDowell Young Leader of the Year Award 2026 will be presented to an outstanding young professional who has shown exceptional leadership skills and demonstrates their continued commitment to personal development. of others and themselves. The winner will also receive a place on a leadership training programme offered by the William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's University Belfast.
