A Grand Day Out to Crewe Heritage Centre

Come and join your fellow Young Rail Professionals for a grand day out to Crewe Heritage Centre, home to a brilliant collection of trains, each one telling a story of 20th Century British Rail history. The star exhibit of the site is the Advanced Passenger Train, the grandfather to today’s Pendolinos which whizz past only metres away. There’s also plenty of memorabilia, preserved signalling equipment and a rideable miniature railway. It’s a chance to learn a bit of history and enjoy the sunshine together. Crewe is easy to access from the North West and the West Midlands – all are welcome to come along.
