The You Okay, Doc? Liz Sizer Gala

Join us on Saturday 22nd November for the Sizer Gala, held in memory of the much loved Dr Liz Sizer and the reason why You Okay, Doc? was founded. The Sizer gala is a night of celebration and an opportunity to support those that care for us. 

✨  You Okay, Doc? is hosting the Liz Sizer Gala at the stunning Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, guests will enjoy an evening in the colleges' 14th century dining hall.

✨ This evening is a black-tie celebration filled with connection and inspiration — from celebrity guest speakers to a sparkling drinks reception, and a delicious three-course meal.

👥 Who can Attend? 

The Gala is open to all who wish to support the mental health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals. Whether you are a healthcare worker, a friend of the charity, or a guest joining us for the first time, you are warmly welcome.

By joining us, you'll help raise vital funds for You Okay, Doc? who provide a lifeline for the frontline. In the UK, sadly one healthcare professional dies by suicide every week. On the night we'll be raising vital funds to provide a 2026 You Okay, Doc? Coaching series, continue the provision of the 24/7 confidential text service and our peer support groups, the Huddle

We’ve rented our own room and hired a DJ at Bar Novi — open until 2am. It’s the perfect chance to relax, network with fellow guests, and learn more about You Okay, Doc? in a more informal setting.

Early bird tickets (both blue light & standard) are available until 20th September or until they're sold out. 

Second release tickets (both blue light & standard) will be available from the 20th September or once first released have sold out.

Your ticket covers the essentials — dinner, drinks, and the beautiful setting at Corpus Christi College. Every pound raised on the night itself goes straight into supporting healthcare workers’ mental health and wellbeing through our programmes.
