Youth for Christ Gloucestershire are back with The Big Weekender in 2027!

What is it?

The Big Weekender is a fun weekend away for 11-18 year olds (school years 7-13) and their youth leaders from churches across Gloucestershire to explore faith and build community. 

The weekend will include exciting activities, enjoyable games, sports and a few surprises thrown in along the way! We'll explore life's big questions and what the Bible has to say on them through seminars and small group times. We'll also have times of gathering all together, where there will be music and inspiring talks, providing the opportunity to worship and hear more about Jesus. 

The weekend is aimed at anyone who wants to grow in their faith or discover more about who Jesus is. 

The team at Youth for Christ know the many challenges of being a young person today, particularly in trying to explore faith. This weekend will both inspire and challenge, as well as giving space to spend quality time with old and new friends.

Where is it?

We will be returning to The Poplars near Ledbury. 

The Poplars has ensuite bedrooms - no wet tents and cold muddy showers here! In order to save you money, bedding is not included in the price, so you will need to provide your own sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases.

With most spaces being on the ground floor, there is plenty of disabled access. If you have any access requirements that you'd like to talk about, please get in touch on the email below.

Our Early Bird rate is £110 and runs until 29th November 2026. After that, tickets will cost £125.
