🧘‍♀️ Morning Rise & Shine Yoga with Charlotte Eastaugh — 10am Arrival for a 10:30am Start
Stretch, breathe, and flow into the day with an accessible yoga session open to EveryBODY, perfect to align and energise for an awesome day ahead.

 EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Workshop for small children and parent's with a little Lotus Yoga. Learn to regulate stress and overwhelm with 'Tapping' through song with Zoe Grasso. Learning to regulate our nervous system in times over overwhelm can be life changing.  Tap on your meridian points in the body to bring your to peace.  A truly life changing tool for adults and kids.

 LIVE Performance From Katja Naia  A soulful set of heart warming vocals about love and lightness over ethereal guitar soundscapes and peaceful mystic rhythms...come to receive soothing vibrations for your heart!"

Acro Yoga Workshop  Come and learn to FLY! In a playful, and empowering workshop where you will gently build teamwork skills and lift each other to new heights- quite literally! 

Creative Journaling, Collage & Portrait Drawing Workshop with Iga. 

Interactive Dancefloor Shenanigans! We get the party games started from 3pm  DJ HABIBTI and FLO! to keep the vibes high from 3pm-6pm! Our fun DJ's mixing everything from House Music, Afro Beat, World Rhythms, Reggae to uplift you and your soul! Dance music to get you shimmying and shimmering amongst the flowers! We'll add a little extra silliness with some party games because 'sober' never has to be boring!

Served 12- 2.30pm Sensory Tasting with Ana Dreams – A flavour journey for the senses. The cafe will be open until 4pm for all other nourishment needs!

Parking is included, please consider lift sharing to reduce carbon emissions, as alway's- bring your own cup or pay £1.00 for a reuseable. The Bus route 44 from Norwich and Sheringham stops outside at Alby- Save emissions Bring your bus ticket and get a welcome snack for free! Bringing a picnic is also fine, but please place all rubbish in the bin's provided and let's leave no trace.
