Mazin Qumsiyeh is a distinguished Palestinian scientist and author, founder and director of the Palestine Museum of Natural History and the Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability at Bethlehem University where he teaches. In 2025 he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition of his unwavering commitment to peace, nonviolence and environmental sustainability over five decades. His talk will be of interest to all who are concerned with climate justice and justice in Palestine.
