Many rope practitioners today study the principles of wabi sabi and their application to semenawa.
During this class we will analyze further the principles of Japanese aesthetics, touching subtle concepts as "iki" and "hade". 

Wabi Sabi and all the concepts realated to the "penumbral beauty" will still constitute the main focus of the class, due to their tight correlation with the nature of semenawa and Japanese rope in general.
