Emmaus Road Retreat

Emmaus Road Retreat hosts up to twelve participants for a personal two-night experience, creating space to meet with God and reconnect with your deep purpose in knowing and being known by Him.

Our team members will come alongside participants (if desired) in one-on-one encounters to listen, encourage, and pray. These encounters are not prayer sessions nor counseling session. Their purpose is for sharing and processing like the disciples did along the Emmaus Road. (Luke 24:13-35)

Accommodations
You will have the privacy of your own personal room on the second floor of a charming rustic 1940's lodge. Each room has a private bath with sink, toiliet, and shower. We provide bed/bedding, towels, and a fan. Rooms are prayerfully assigned, but if you want to room with a friend or family member, we have some rooms with 2 twin beds. Both participants must send an email with this request.

Meals: 

A basket with bread, nuts, and fruit will be available for your breakfast and lunch. We will have a family-style dinner served each evening. In addition, a full kitchen is available in each wing for your use, so feel free to bring foods from home to make your stay more comfortable. We do our best to accommodate the dietary needs of the people that are involved in our events.

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel 31 days or more prior to the event, you will receive a full refund minus any associated fees.

If you need to cancel 8 to 30 days prior to the event, we will first subtract any associated fees and then refund you 50% of the remaining balance.

If you need to cancel 7 days or less prior to the event, there will be no refund.

There is a lot of planning and preparation to make each Emmaus Road retreat a unique opportunity for people to connect with our Father. Expenses incurred during this process are based on the number of people who sign up, and are not always able to be recovered if there are cancellations.
