A gentle return to yourself as the seasons begin to change
The Return to Balance Autumn Retreat has been created as an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. Whether you have been feeling overwhelmed, depleted, unsettled by change or simply aware that you need time to breathe, this carefully held day will offer space to slow down, restore your energy and listen more deeply to what you need.
What the day will offer
Together, Corinne Cooke (Amrita Holistics) and Zeenat (Zeenat Ahmed-Peto Cognitive Hypnotherapy) will guide you through a nourishing day of embodied, reflective and deeply restorative practices.
Corinne brings together her background in psychology, holistic wellbeing, yoga, meditation and Ayurveda to support people through stress, emotional overwhelm and times of transition. Her approach is compassionate, intuitive and deeply grounding, gently guiding you out of the busyness of the mind and back into connection with your body, your inner wisdom and the natural rhythms that support greater balance.
Zeenat will bring her therapeutic and reflective approach, drawing upon her experience in cognitive hypnotherapy, meditation, personal development and sound healing. Her work creates a calm and supportive space in which you can gently explore what is emerging and reconnect with your own inner resources.
The day will follow the natural rhythm of Autumn
Throughout the day, you will be guided through:
✨ Gentle grounding movement and breath work
✨ Meditation and seasonal reflection
✨ Guided journaling
✨ A meaningful letting-go practice
✨ Restorative relaxation or Yoga Nidra
✨ A deeply soothing sound healing journey
✨ Time to rest and connect
✨ Time to enjoy a seasonal delicious, nourishing, vegan lunch
We will begin by grounding into the body and exploring what balance means for each of us at this point in our lives.
Before moving into release, there will be time to honour your own inner harvest, to recognise what has grown, what you have navigated and the wisdom you wish to carry forward.
Through reflection and a simple seasonal ritual, you will then be invited to gently acknowledge anything that feels complete or no longer needs to be carried. The afternoon will lead you into deeper rest, allowing the practices to settle through meditation, Yoga Nidra and Zeenat’s beautiful sound healing.
This is not about forcing change or arriving at all the answers. It is an invitation to pause, soften and make space for what your body and inner wisdom may already be quietly telling you.
You may leave with:
- A greater sense of calm, grounding and inner steadiness
- Clarity about what you wish to carry forward into the new season
- Space to release what has been draining or weighing upon you
- A deeper connection with your body and inner wisdom
- Practical tools to support you through times of change
- Permission to rest and move into autumn with greater intention
- A renewed sense of balance within yourself
This will be an intimate retreat, held with care, with plenty of space to rest, reflect and simply be.
No previous experience of yoga, meditation or sound healing is needed. All practices will be gentle and accessible, and you will always be encouraged to listen to your own body and take part in the way that feels right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who is this day for?
This retreat is open to anyone who feels drawn to a gentle reset. Most attendees will likely be women, but sensitive, open-hearted men are very welcome too. You do not need to have attended any of my previous events. Whether you are a long-standing client, a colleague, or completely new to my work — you will be warmly welcomed.
2. I’m not very “creative”, will I enjoy the vision board work?
Absolutely. Vision boards are not about artistic ability. They are about reflection and intention. We will guide you gently through the process, and you can participate in a way that feels comfortable to you.
3. Do I need experience in meditation or yoga?
Not at all. All practices will be guided clearly and are suitable for beginners. The movement will be gentle and adaptable. You are encouraged to listen to your body at all times.
4. What should I bring?
We recommend:
-
Comfortable clothing (layers are helpful)
-
A notebook and pen (we will also provide materials for vision work)

An open mind
Everything else will be taken care of.
