Step away from the noise of the week and reconnect with nature at The Sunday Reset, a series of monthly wellness gatherings designed to nourish both body and mind in a beautiful natural setting.

Across five sessions throughout the season, each Sunday Reset offers a unique experience rooted in nature, movement, and connection. Some gatherings focus on a gentle forest wellness session, where we’ll explore yin yoga, guided breathwork, and deep relaxation on the lawn or within the peaceful woodland surroundings. These slow and grounding practices are designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and help you fully settle into the moment.

Other sessions offer a more invigorating experience with guided breathwork and cold water immersion. We’ll walk together through the glen to the beach, using breathwork techniques to prepare the body and mind before entering the refreshing sea. Please note that this session includes a steady walk down to the beach and a fairly steep climb back up, so a reasonable level of mobility and fitness is recommended.

Every Sunday Reset concludes with time to gather around the firepits for a wholesome, nutritious breakfast provided by Zen at the Glen cafe, allowing space to warm up, refuel, and connect with others while enjoying the calming atmosphere of nature.
