Inclusive SEN-Friendly Session

The final session in our series will be reserved for children with Special Educational Needs. With limited spaces, a quieter setting, and extra time for activities, this session is designed to help children feel comfortable, supported, and able to enjoy the magic of the forest.

Important Information

Age Range: These workshops are designed for children aged 4–10 years.

Parent/Carer Supervision:

Children must be accompanied by a parent or carer at all times during the session. Parents and carers are responsible for their child throughout the event.

Stay on Site:

The venue has a café available if parents or carers would like to purchase refreshments during the session. However, all parents/carers must remain on site for the duration of the workshop.

SEN Session:

The final session in the series will be reserved for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This session will have limited spaces available to ensure a calmer and more supportive environment.

Food & Allergies:

The ticket price includes a Wizard & Fairy themed cake for each child. We will cater for allergies where possible, but parents/carers must inform us of any dietary requirements in advance when booking.

Respect for Nature:

As the workshop takes place in a natural woodland environment, we ask all participants to respect the forest, wildlife, and surroundings.

Clothing:

Please ensure children wear weather-appropriate clothing and suitable footwear for outdoor activities.
