Wellbeing and Vision Day
Wellbeing and Vision Day
Has menopause got you feeling stuck? Do your symptoms leave you feeling unmotivated and feeling this transition might never end? Have you got big dreams but feel too exhausted to turn them into reality?
If this sounds familiar, the Wellbeing & Vision Day is just for you. Come along and be part of a warm, supportive community of women who are in the same boat. Take time just for you and your wellbeing. Share your experiences of menopause. Create a vision of what the next chapter could look like for you. Get ready for your second spring!
Maybe you're feeling stuck right now. A bit unsure what's next, whether that's your career or your personal life. Do you want to work fewer hours? Change your job? Take that trip of a life time?🏖️ Spend more time in nature? Or taking up belly dancing? 💃
The choice is yours.
By the end of the day, you'll leave with your vision board. Not just a pretty pictures cut out of magazines, but a real picture of the life you're building and the person you're becoming. Engaging in such a mindful activity can help reduce stress, increase optimism and prioritise what really matters for your health and happiness🌻. When you see your goals in front of you, it keeps you moving forward and helps make sense of a transition that can feel disorienting. Together we will help you get clear on what actually matters and create accountability to make it real.
You will leave with:
✨ A creative vision that is entirely yours
✨Achievable goals and a clear plan
✨Improved wellbeing
✨ A social connection with women navigating the same transition.
The Team:
At BlueSpace, Occupational Psychologist Linda Engles, will design and deliver a day built entirely around giving you the knowledge, tools and connections to not just cope with menopause, but to thrive!
Morag Galacher will help quieten your busy mind and help you to relax through the ancient practice of shamanic drumming 🥁.
Who is this for?
This is an inclusive event for any woman (cisgender, trans, non-binary) navigating perimenopause or menopause — whether you've just started noticing changes or you're deep in the thick of it.
This one is for the woman who keeps showing up for everyone else and hasn't stopped to ask what she needs.
