Please Note:
🎟️ Seating: Reserved as per seat number
– Refund policy: Tickets are non-refundable. Only in case the show gets cancelled due to any reason beyond our control for e.g. Covid, tickets will be refunded.
– Doors open at 30 minutes before the show start time, please ensure you arrive to the venue before the show starts.
– No Photography or Filming allowed during the Show.

Show Cancellation & Refund
– In case the show gets cancelled, we will not be refunding the transaction or ticket service costs.
– If the event is canceled/postponed, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded, not the service and transaction fee.

📵 Phone-Free Show Policy
– Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in Individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.

Anyone seen using a device (phone smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

Important: All sales are final sales and we will not be able to issue any refunds or transfer it to other shows.
