Tutored Life Drawing with Erica M. Szuplat at God's House Tower

Join local artist Erica M. Szuplat for a tutored life drawing session, held in the Crawford Room at God's House Tower.

Bring your own materials. You are welcome to bring a portable easel to set up in the space. Chairs will be provided. Please arrive from 5:45pm to be ready to start at 6pm.

These classes are structured with a variety of timed poses. Erica will guide you throughout the session, providing advice and techniques to help improve your drawing skills.

GHT cafe and bar will be open serving hot and cold drinks. They are generously offering the space to us in kind so any purchases you make on the night helps to cover their costs and fund their cause.

ZING will be running our monthly social downstairs at the same time as the life drawing session so you'll have the chance to meet and chat to other artists during the break or after the session if you fancy it. We usually have a 15 minute break half way through at 7pm. Find out more about ZING's monthly social.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable due to the not-for-profit nature of these classes. Tickets can be transferred to someone else, however you will need to arrange this. Please notify Lucie at the email address below prior to the session if you can no longer attend or if you have transferred your ticket.

About Erica

Erica M. Szuplat is a Southampton-based artist whose practice centers on drawing and oil painting. With more than three decades of experience studying the figure from life, she believes deeply in the importance of working from direct observation. She studied at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, attended The Art Institute of Boston, and earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Art from Lesley University.
