Zilates – Studio Pilates

A focused and controlled Pilates session designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build real body awareness.

This is not about age or fitness level – it’s about how you move.

Each session follows the Zilates method, where the focus is on precision, control, and conscious movement. Exercises are adapted to your level, so you can progress at your own pace in a supportive environment.

We use a variety of equipment to assist, challenge, or modify movements, including:
• Pilates ring
• soft ball
• resistance bands
• straps
• stick
• yoga blocks

These tools help you better understand your body and perform each exercise with more control and awareness.

Whether you’re just starting or already active, you’ll work on improving mobility, stability, and strength in a way that carries over into everyday life.
