Monthly Mandala Vinyasa - September to December
Mandala Vinyasa classes once a month from September to December.
Mandala Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga asana practice, where you will move in
360 degrees around the mat. It has a deep meditative effect as you
repeat the same circular sequence for 3 cycles. There is a strong focus
on breath awareness and each class will start with a pranayama (breath
work) practice. The classes end with restorative/yin yoga before we move
into savasana.
These sessions are a little bit longer than our usual classes, offering
a deeper dive into the practice, and of course, a longer savasana!
To align with the change in season the first class will be focussed on
the element of fire, and the last class will be the element of water.
Mandala Vinyasa classes offer the perfect balance of warming movement
and calming stillness - it is a magical practice that really leaves you
feeling in a state of yoga bliss!
