About the weekend...

Join us for a strategic gathering of Zoweh Elder-Sages at the St. Francis Springs Prayer Center as we prepare for the next chapter of impact within Zoweh. This retreat is designed to train and equip our Elder-Sages for their vital role in the mission ahead, hearing directly from Michael Thompson, Josh Overton, and the Zoweh Elder-Sage leadership team on vision, direction, and deployment into the Larger Story.

The Elder-Sage represents the senior stage of the masculine journey, a man who walks humbly with God and others, offering wisdom, presence, and guidance to help younger men recover their hearts and step into all God has for them. During our time together, we will invest in our own continued healing and intimacy with God, while also engaging in intentional training around spiritual warfare, the masculine journey, and practical “medic” care. There will be opportunities to listen deeply to one another’s stories, and cultivate the kind of brotherhood that strengthens and sustains this calling.

This gathering also serves as a key moment of integration with Zoweh Allies. Zoweh Elder-Sages are a foundational component of the Allies mission, serving as guides, mentors, and spiritual fathers who help establish environments, tools, and relationships where men can encounter healing, freedom, and life. As Zoweh Allies expands, the role of the Zoweh Elder-Sage becomes increasingly essential in carrying the message and mission into local communities and beyond.

Set in the beauty and quiet of St. Francis Springs, this retreat offers space for reflection, connection, and renewal, through time with God, shared experiences, and the strengthening of a brotherhood committed to advancing the Kingdom together.
