HEART MATTERS

9 - 11 AM MDT ON ZOOM
$45 suggested donation
No matter what chaos is swirling around,
movement is a simple and quick way to drop into
who you really are,
where you can always find your heart.
When we move, whatever is in the heart comes pouring through the body. Often the body knows what the mind may not. Once into the flow of motion, the heart can offer what is weighing it down. This lightens the load we often find ourselves carrying.
Heart Matters addresses our concerns of
life and allows an
internal release into a lightness of being.
Visiting one's Self through movement in a dynamic
contemplation.
You can move from the
floor, or a chair, or on your feet, as your body
needs. Ease into the joy of movement, where
Heart Matters.
Join me Sunday, June 4, 9-11 AM Mountain Time.
No experience is necessary, our willingness is
the dance card~
Dance when you're broken open.
Dance, if you've torn the bandage off.
Dance in the middle of the fighting.
Dance in your blood.
Dance, when you're perfectly free.
—Rumi
"I have spent much of my life exploring the
path of Love through movement and a great deal of
that dancing the poetry of Rumi with poet and
translator Coleman Barks. Rumi teaches us about
how attention, reflection and being, combined with
movement, enlivens spirit, and where heart
matters." —Zuleikha
