Ticket orders are processed on our behalf by Ticket Tailor through our event ticket shop. Ticket Tailor has no direct relation with ticket buyers. If you have any questions about your tickets, our ticket shop, your order or otherwise relating to an event, please contact us, not Ticket Tailor. Likewise, if you would like us to amend or delete any of the personal data you have provided to us, please contact us, not Ticket Tailor.

Through our event ticket provider (Ticket Tailor), we collect the information that you provide at the checkout when purchasing. We only use this information to contact you about the event which you have bought tickets for. We will not contact you for any other reason.
We will keep your personal data only for as long as we consider it necessary for our activities, on a secure, password-protected system.
We retain details of donations for 6 years as required by HMRC.

The Signpost Centre
All data and records held by Signpost International will be controlled by the relevant department and will be created, stored and disposed of in line with the organisation’s records management guidelines and procedures. We ensure that we have in place all the technical controls to protect any personal data you provide and that it is fairly and lawfully processed. We also will never pass on anyone’s details.
We do not store your debit or credit card details once you have processed a donation to us or purchased an event ticket online. All card details are securely destroyed once your donation or payment has been completed.
We hold bank details on standing order forms for six years as per tax and accounting requirements.
