Ticket orders are processed on our behalf by Ticket Tailor through our event ticket shop. Ticket Tailor has no direct relation with ticket buyers. If you have any questions about your tickets, our ticket shop, your order or otherwise relating to an event, please contact us, not Ticket Tailor. Likewise, if you would like us to amend or delete any of the personal data you have provided to us, please contact us, not Ticket Tailor.
This policy outlines the information we collect from you — and what we do with it.
At Gallery Bistro we consider your privacy to be extremely important to us. These are the fundamental principles that we follow in relation to your personal information:
∙ We don't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
∙ We don't share your personal information with anyone except to provide you with services, products, to comply with the law, or to protect our rights.
∙ As a subscriber, your data is inherently yours, and it's our job to keep it safe. We never market to anyone or share your data without implicit consent (not assumed by this policy).
∙ When making a booking, your credit card is not stored on our systems. Your personal information is protected and is only available to the PayPal system.
∙ We safeguard all data collected with industry leading security practices and encryption.

Personal data we collect
We collect, process, store and use personal data when you book a ticket to an event including your name, phone and email address together with payment information. You do not need to provide us with any personal data to view our event ticket box office. However, when you contact us by email or post, we may keep a record of the correspondence and we may also record any telephone call we have with you.
We use personal information to provide to you the services offered by the site; resolve service disputes; troubleshoot problems; inform you about new and changing events.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we use your name and email address (supplied by you via the form on our website) to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe in each newsletter mail-out. If you wish to no longer receive our newsletters you may unsubscribe anytime or you may contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
In general, you can browse our Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you become a Box Office User or request our Newsletter, however, we ask you to provide various contact and identity information, and other personal information as indicated on the relevant forms on the Site, and you are no longer anonymous to us. Where possible, on these forms we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional.
If you purchase tickets on our online Box Office system, we do not collect your credit card information - only Paypal has that data.
Cookies & Tracking
A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred (through your browser) from a website to the hard drive of your computer. The cookie identifies your browser but will not let a website know any personal data about you, such as your name and/or address. These files are then used by websites to identify when users revisit that website Our website - hosted by Weebly - is GDPR compliant.
We also use Google Analytics to monitor event ticket sales. Google Analytics collects information anonymously and generates reports detailing information such as the number of visits to the event ticket box office, where visitors generally came from, how long they stayed on the event ticketing site, and which pages they visited. Google Analytics places several persistent cookies on your computer's hard drive. These do not collect any personal data. If you do not agree to this you can disable persistent cookies in your browser. This will prevent Google Analytics from logging your visits.
Our Disclosure of Your Information
Subscribers / Customers
In general, information you enter on the Site is available to key Bistro staff members – who manage the site or who manage events through the normal operation of the Site.
We do not store credit card or other payment method information on our site. In all cases our payment processor (PayPal) have the sole and complete responsibility for the storage of credit card and payment information.
Subsidiaries and Affiliates; Service Providers
We may from time to time use the services of affiliates, subsidiaries and unrelated service providers in the operation of the Site, and may transfer personal information to them in the course of our use of their services. For example, we may use a third-party to operate our support services. We currently use Weebly for website management, Ticket Tailor for our Box Office Ticketing service, and Mailchimp for newsletter email-outs so each may have access to personal information, on servers operated by those providers. We take care to use only service providers that we believe are reputable and able to live up to our and your expectations, including the handling of confidential information. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us, and each is GDPR compliant.

Gallery Bistro may disclose your personal information (a) to any governmental authority as part of an investigation to determine our compliance with any applicable law, rule, or regulation (including privacy laws, rules, and regulations), (b) in response to a court order, subpoena, discovery request, or other lawful judicial or administrative proceeding, (c) as otherwise required under any applicable law, rule, or regulation, and (d) in good faith, to protect or defend the rights or property of Gallery Bistro and other users.
We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
