Ticket orders are processed on our behalf by Ticket Tailor through our event ticket shop. Ticket Tailor has no direct relation with ticket buyers. We are Gorrick MBC, organisers of mountain bike events and we're subject to English law.

This information includes your name, address, date of birth, gender, contact details and emergency contact details.
We may collect this information from you when you sign up to receive emails from us, pre-enter an event, enter an event on the day or otherwise correspond with us.

What about marketing?
Marketing by Gorrick MBC by e mail newsletter will relate solely to upcoming mountain bike events.
You can unsubscribe / opt out at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at any time and requesting that your e mail details be securely deleted.
Do we make any automated decisions concerning you?
No, we do not leave any marketing decisions to computers.

We will never share your details with any other organisation or business.

How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your information relating to event entries for a period determined by our insurers. This information will be stored and maintained securely whether it is physical or electronic information. After such period we will securely erase your information.
