What We Do With Your Information
The information we collect in our registration form is used for the purpose of assessing you for the suitability of membership. Only the organisers of Anomalii see this information and it is not shared with any third parties.
When you purchase a ticket, as part of the buying process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email address and social media. We do not have access to your payment / credit card information. Your payment information is directly transmitted to our payment gateways, such as Stripe. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Images we receive are either used for the purpose of assessing registration or for marketing. For pictures taken at an event, if the photo is an identifiable photo of you that we would like to use (we will always cover faces and tattoos unless told otherwise) we will contact you and let you know, giving you 7 days to opt out of using it.
We do not collect your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address.
Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to register for membership and/or purchase a ticket, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Email marketing: By applying for membership, you give us permission to send you emails about our future events and other updates. If we would like to contact you for marketing through a secondary means by way of your personal information provided, we will either ask you directly for your express consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting us at anomaliiparties@gmail.com.
Storage
We store data securely on external hard drive with Advanced Encryption. We store the data you give us such as, name, email, social media, gender.
Payment
We do not have access to your payment / credit card information. Your payment information is directly transmitted to our payment gateways, such as Stripe. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Our payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
How long to do we keep information
We do not keep your personal data for any specific period but will not keep it for longer than is necessary for our purposes. We will also try keep the information up to date.
In considering how long to keep it, we will take into account its relevance to our business and our legal and obligations.
