ATL Sehri Night (“Event”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting personal information collected from individuals who purchase tickets or engage with our event platforms. Photography and video recording may take place during the Event for marketing, promotional, archival, and/or documentation purposes. By attending, attendees acknowledge and consent to the possible use of their image or likeness in future Event-related media or promotional materials.
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified. The Event reserves the right to modify the date, time, location, programming, or operational policies for safety, regulatory, or logistical reasons. Communication regarding changes will be issued using the contact information provided during ticket purchase. Minors may attend only when permitted by Event guidelines and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for supervising minors and for any actions taken by minors at the Event. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without appropriate consent.
Attendees acknowledge that participation in live events carries inherent risks. By purchasing tickets and/or attending the Event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including risks related to crowded environments, consumption of food and beverages, body art services, and interactions with vendors. Attendees agree to hold harmless and release ATL Sehri Night, its organizers, affiliates, volunteers, and venue partners from liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, allergic reactions, or other harm resulting from attendance, except as prohibited by law.
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to weather emergencies, governmental restrictions, public safety concerns, venue issues, or acts of force majeure The Event may be postponed, rescheduled, or modified. Refunds may or may not be issued depending on the situation, vendor commitments, and contractual obligations.
