If you register with us, we shall retain your personal data until the Bentonville Temple open house has completed. After the open house organizers have completed the event, the data and event (including your personal data provided during registration) will be deleted from TicketTailor without any retention or copying by the event organizers. Once we initiate the deletion of this event and its associated data, TicketTailor may take up to 24 hours to complete the deletion, after which time we will have no copy of your personal data.
If you receive email or phone communications from us, we shall retain that digital correspondence according to the retention policy of the relevant IT/phone service provider(s). For example, if you have booked a ticket with us or contacted us with a question or comment, we shall retain your relevant/included personal data to respond to any further queries you might have.
If any provision of this policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
