Please note that this event may be recorded for staff training and for monitoring purposes. If you choose to have your camera on, your image will be viewable by other meeting participants and cannot be removed from the recording after the session has ended. If you contribute to a live discussion or use the 'chat' functionality, your name will be made visible to others during the meeting and will form part of the final recording, along with a transcript of the audio.
Full meeting recordings will be retained for three months and will only be accessed by those employees who need to review and use the recording for official BHS purposes. We reserve the right to make recordings available both internally and externally for training purposes and to manage any concerns or complaints that we receive about employee/attendee behaviour.

Our Zero-Tolerance Statement

Online virtual meetings are no exception, and we operate a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, abusive or disruptive behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, threats, physical violence, hate speech, and unwelcome sexual advances.
We expect all employees, members, volunteers and other stakeholders to treat one another with dignity and respect. Any individual found to be engaging in prohibited behaviour will face immediate action, which may include the termination of services, removal from the meeting, disciplinary action, or involvement of local authorities. We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses such behaviour to report it immediately so it can be addressed.
