If you opt in on our event order form, we collect your name and email address in order to send you invitations or information about upcoming events. These mailing lists are not shared with any other companies. We use a third-party provider, mailchimp.com, The Rocket Science Group, LLC d / b / a Mail Chimp, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA (http://www.mailchimp.com/) to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using Mailchimp services to monitor our e-newsletters. Removal from our mailing list is in any case possible at any point by writing an email to info@blueheron.de or or by clicking on the unsubscribe button on the emails received.
Payments via Stripe
For payment transactions for events we use Stripe. End User Personal Data is shared with us and other parties to enable or “process” the transaction. For example, when you choose to use a payment method for the transaction with Stripe (e.g. credit card, debit card, or direct debit), the third party provider of your payment method will receive Transaction Data that includes your Personal Data.
