9. Photography and Media
At some events, we may take photos or videos. If you have any photos taken at the event and do not want them used in promotional activity, please email us. They will be publicly available for attendees, please email us if you would like them removed from this platform. We are always happy to take content down, but photos taken at the event are essential to promotion. If on the night you feel you are in the background of a shot the photographer has taken, respectfully approach them to retake the image without you in it.
