We collect information from you in order to communicate with you about the event for which you are registering. As this is a joint event your booking details will be viewable by both BAcC and RCHM staff members for the purposes of the event only.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. If you pay by credit or debit card, we will not retain your card details after processing your payment.
Please be aware, we will have a photographer documenting the event. We may share these photos in our marketing and publicity post event. Please let us know if you DO NOT wish any imagery of you to be shared.
