How long booking information is kept
We do not retain a separate permanent copy of our customer booking database.
Information held within Ticket Tailor will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet any applicable legal, accounting, contractual or dispute-resolution requirements.
Ticket Tailor provides event organisers with tools to remove personal information from previous orders when it is no longer required.
