6. Ticketing & Event Changes

Tickets may be free or paid depending on the event. Some free tickets are used solely for attendance tracking and capacity management.

To ensure the smooth planning and delivery of events, Cambridge Girls Circle operates a clear ticket policy.

All tickets purchased for CGC events are non-refundable. This is because events are planned, with costs and logistics based on confirmed attendance.

If a member is no longer able to attend an event, they may request a ticket transfer up to 48 hours before the event. Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by the CGC team.

In some cases, CGC may assist in facilitating a transfer if there is a waiting list or demand for the event. However, this is not guaranteed.

If an event is cancelled or significantly changed by CGC, a refund or alternative option (such as a credit or transfer) will be offered.

Late arrivals, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

By purchasing a ticket, members agree to this policy and understand that it is in place to ensure fairness and sustainability for the community.

For any ticket-related queries, contact: cambridgegirlscircle@gmail.com

CGC reserves the right to:

  • Modify event details
  • Change venues or timings where necessary
  • Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, attendees will be notified in advance.

Many CGC events take place in collaboration with third-party venues, restaurants or activity providers.

While we carefully choose our partners, CGC is not responsible for:

  • Venue service quality
  • Food or drink issues
  • Personal belongings lost or damaged
  • Injuries or incidents occurring at third-party locations

Attendees participate at their own discretion.
