In consideration for the right to participate in the Culver City Elk's Lodge Car Show (hereafter “Car Show”), the purchaser hereby releases the
Culver City Elk's Lodge, members, employees and agents (hereafter called “Releasees”) from
all actions, claims, or demands that the purchaser, and his/her/their assignees now or may hereafter have against the Releasees
resulting from the participation of the purchaser in this Car Show. The purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Releasees
harmless for injury, loss or damage resulting from or inherent in the participation of the purchaser in this Car Show. The
purchaser will maintain automobile liability insurance as required by California Vehicle Code #16028(a) for the vehicle to be
exhibited on the date of said Car Show and upon request will provide proof that said insurance is in full force and effect.
