Ceylon After Dark and DJ Matt.G Entertainment collect the personal information needed to process ticket bookings and operate this event. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, ticket details and any information you provide during checkout.
We use this information to:
• Process and manage your booking
• Send tickets, confirmations and essential event updates
• Check tickets and manage admission
• Respond to enquiries, cancellations or refund requests
• Meet our legal, accounting and security obligations
Ticket bookings are processed through Ticket Tailor and payments are processed securely by Stripe. These providers process personal information according to their own privacy policies. Relevant booking information may also be shared with authorised event and venue staff where necessary to manage entry and the event safely.
We will not sell your personal information. We will not use your details for unrelated marketing unless you have specifically agreed to receive it.
Your information will be kept securely and only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations.
