CineHaus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By purchasing a ticket or interacting with our brand, you agree to the following terms:
- We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information — including your name, email address, order status, or any other details — to any third party, including the event venue.
- Your information is collected solely for the purposes of managing event attendance, sending event updates, and communicating special offers or announcements from CineHaus.
- Your information may be accessed by CineHaus and its affiliated owners: NO LONGER NETWORK, LLC and ROOM 8 FILMS, LLC. These entities are bound by the same privacy terms and will not share your information with any outside parties.
- You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time via the link provided in our emails.
Refund & Credit Policy
Please note that all ticket sales are final. CineHaus does not offer refunds for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.
However, we are happy to issue a full credit for the value of your ticket, which you can apply toward any other CineHaus screening of your choice, pending availability.
To request a credit, please contact us via this platform at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. Credits are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the original event date.
