We never sell your data nor permit any third party to use it for marketing without your explicit consent. CAF prioritises your privacy and security, and we only share data on the condition that it is protected according to our high standards. We may, on occasion, need to share limited personal data (such as your name, title and email) with third parties, such as:
- The venue provider, where this is strictly required for security or operational reasons (such as building access, safety or security requirements, running of the event or to create name badges).
- Attendees of a roundtable event or similar you attend, where this is required for organisational and networking purposes.
Please note that filming and/or photography may take place at the event for promotional and archival purposes. These images may be used by CAF and trusted partners to share news about the event and may appear on CAF and trusted partner websites and social media. Some images may also be featured on press releases and printed publicity. Images will be stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Notice. If you have any questions or want us not to photograph/video you, please contact events@cleanairfund.org before the event.
