CODERDOJO STIRLING DATA PROTECTION POLICY
CoderDojo Stirling will receive the following data from your registration:
- Attendee Name
- Parent/Guardian Name
- Parent/Guardian Email
- Phone Number for Emergencies
What we do with the data:
- Create an attendance record
- Notify attendee of changes to events
- Notify attendee of future CoderDojo events
- Analyse data to review the impact of the event, publish statistics and for research. We will not name any individuals without their specific permission.
What we won't do with the data:
- We will not share attendees names or contact details with third parties
We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services, and for research and statistical purposes. Please contact both stirling@coderdojoscotland.com if you wish to have your Personal Data deleted from any events. Your Personal Data will be deleted within 1 calendar month from your request.
IMAGES AND VIDEO
At CoderDojo Stirling we want to celebrate your young person's work and achievements. As a result, images and videos of them or their work may appear on our website and associated social media pages.
Usually young people will only be pictured at a distance and in groups. We will not name any young people pictured in the photographs without prior approval.
If you do not want your photograph to be taken please inform the mentors at your CoderDojo on the day.
