Costas Big Fat Greek Night – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, ticket purchases and attendance at Costas Big Fat Greek Night, hosted by Costas Pool Bar in Kalamaki, Zakynthos, Greece.
By purchasing a ticket or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

- Event Details
Costas Big Fat Greek Night is hosted by Costas Pool Bar in Kalamaki, Zakynthos.
The event takes place every Saturday from 16 May 2026, subject to availability, weather, operational requirements and any changes made by the venue.
Spaces are limited and bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Guests are responsible for checking that the date, number of guests and booking details are correct before completing payment.
Costas Pool Bar is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer when selecting the wrong date, number of tickets or booking details. Where possible, we will try to help, but changes are subject to availability.
- Arrival Time
Guests are responsible for arriving on time.
Late arrival may result in missed food service, entertainment or reserved seating.
No refund will be given for late arrival, missed food service, missed entertainment or failure to attend on time.
- Cancellations and Refunds
More than 48 hours before the event:
Guests may request a full refund or a date change, subject to availability.
Within 48 hours of the event:
Bookings are non-refundable.
A date change may be offered subject to availability, but this is not guaranteed.
Same-day cancellations:
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Date changes may be considered only at management discretion and subject to availability.
No-shows:
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the booking being lost.
No refund or transfer will be given for no-shows.
- Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
Please contact Costas Pool Bar as soon as possible with the replacement guest details.
The new guest must follow the same Terms & Conditions.
- Holiday-Related Illness and Same-Day Illness
We understand that guests can become unwell while on holiday. However, suspected holiday-related illness does not automatically qualify for a refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Upset stomach
Suspected food poisoning
Sickness
Diarrhoea
Dehydration
Sun exposure
Sunstroke
Heat exhaustion
Hangovers
General discomfort
Feeling unwell
Change of plans due to illness
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the event remain non-refundable because food, staffing, entertainment, table planning and event preparation will already have been arranged.
Where possible, Costas Pool Bar may offer a date change subject to availability. If guests are unable to attend another date, tickets may be transferred to another person.
In cases of serious illness, genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances, management may review the situation at its discretion. Supporting proof may be requested.
- Exceptional Circumstances
Costas Pool Bar may consider a refund or transfer in exceptional circumstances, but this is entirely at management discretion.
Proof may be requested.
Examples may include serious illness, medical emergency, accident, bereavement or other genuine emergency.
Common holiday-related illness, feeling unwell, upset stomach, hangovers, sun exposure, dehydration or change of plans do not automatically qualify as exceptional circumstances.
- Changes Made by the Venue
Costas Pool Bar reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event where necessary.
This may include changes to:
Entertainment line-up
Timings
Food service arrangements
Table layout
Seating plans
Event format
Start or finish times
These changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If Costas Pool Bar cancels the event completely, guests will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.
- Weather and Operational Changes
As the event takes place in a holiday venue environment, weather, technical issues, staffing matters, supplier issues or operational circumstances may require changes to the event.
Where possible, the venue will continue the event with reasonable adjustments.
Refunds are not automatically given for minor timing changes, weather-related adjustments, seating changes or entertainment changes.
- Food, Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Guests are responsible for telling Costas Pool Bar about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before the event.
We will do our best to help where possible, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Guests with serious allergies should speak to management before booking or attending.
- Guest Behaviour
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, management and other guests.
Costas Pool Bar reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who behaves inappropriately, aggressively, abusively, dangerously or disruptively.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Abuse towards staff or guests
Threatening behaviour
Damage to property
Excessive drunkenness
Ignoring safety instructions
Disrupting the event
Harassment or offensive behaviour
Guests removed for inappropriate behaviour will not be entitled to a refund.
- Alcohol and Responsible Service
Costas Pool Bar supports responsible drinking.
The venue reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
Guests may be asked to leave if their behaviour affects the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others.
- Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Costas Pool Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items unless caused by proven negligence.
- Liability
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of themselves, their party and their belongings while attending the event.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Costas Pool Bar is not responsible for losses, costs or inconvenience caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- Privacy
When you make a booking or attend the event, your personal information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
- Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, making a booking or attending the event, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you are booking on behalf of other guests, you are responsible for making sure they are aware of these Terms & Conditions.
