Costas Big Fat Greek Night – Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and attendance at Costas Big Fat Greek Night hosted by Costas Pool Bar.

1. Bookings

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation
  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received

2. Event Details

  • The event takes place every Saturday from 16th May 2026
  • Location: Costas Pool Bar, Kalamaki, Zakynthos
  • Spaces are limited and subject to availability

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 48 hours before the event: Full refund or date change available
  • Within 48 hours of the event: No refunds; date change offered (subject to availability)

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness or genuine emergencies, management may offer a refund or transfer at their discretion. Proof may be requested.

5. Holiday-Related Illness Disclaimer

  • Common holiday-related conditions (including sun exposure, dehydration, mild illness, or general discomfort) do not automatically qualify for refunds
  • Any resolution remains at management discretion

6. No-Shows

  • Failure to attend without prior notice will result in loss of booking with no refund or transfer

7. Changes by the Venue

  • Costas Pool Bar reserves the right to make changes to the event where necessary (e.g. entertainment lineup, timing)
  • In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, a full refund or alternative date will be offered

8. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for arriving on time
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests for inappropriate behaviour without refund

9. Liability

  • Attendance is at your own risk
  • Costas Pool Bar is not responsible for personal belongings or minor incidents beyond our control
