We take your privacy very seriously. Please read this privacy notice carefully as it contains important information on how and why we collect, store, use and share your personal data. It also explains your rights in relation to your personal data and how to contact us in the event you wish to exercise these rights.

What information do we collect through our website and how is that collected?
The information which you provide about yourself and any that identifies you (name, address, telephone number, email address, credit/debit card details) may be retained by us when using one of our services. We can collect information in a number of ways such as when you sign up as a Member or Patron, sign up to receive CHT Newsletters, or purchase a product including tickets for events on our website or by phone. If you wish to become a member of CHT we may ask for your date of birth. If you wish to make a donation by Gift Aid, we may also ask for your bank details.
We also collect information about your visits to and use of this website including information about your computer such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views.
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are text files which are downloaded to your computer (or other electronic device) in order to collect visitor information. This includes whether the user has logged onto the site successfully and whether the computer and/or user have visited the site previously.

Who has access to your information
Your personal data is stored on a cloud-based server. Your data is accessible to all Trustees of the Charity. On a day-to-day basis your information is only accessed by the Membership Secretary, or Committee Secretary to perform their proper duties and The Data Protection Controller, who is responsible for safely storing all your personal data. If you would like to check the data which is held about you or if you wish your data to be deleted, you need to contact the Data Protection Controller (info@croomeht.org).
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
