At Crystal Journeys, your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what personal information I collect when you book a sound bath session, how I use it, and how I keep it safe.
When you book a session, I collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number.
Your payment details are processed securely by TicketTailor/Stripe.
All payments are handled securely by TicketTailor's payment partners (such as Stripe or Paypal), so I never see your full card information. This booking information is stored securely within TicketTailor's system, this is not downloaded, sold or shared with anyone else.
I use your information to:
- Confirm your booking
- Contact you about your session
- Send important updates (such as changes or cancellations)
- Keep attendance records for safety and planning
