Privacy, Photo Release, and Liability Statement
By registering for this event, you agree to the collection of your name, email address, city, state, and other information you choose to provide during registration. This information will be used to manage the event, communicate important event information, and support event planning and reporting.
We may use your email address to send you future updates and information about Connecticut State Independent Living Council (CT SILC) programs and events. You can opt in to receive these communications by selecting “Yes” during registration. If you choose “No,” we will only contact you regarding this event unless you have separately subscribed to receive other CT SILC communications.
Event Participation and Photo Release Notice: By participating in person, you grant permission to capture and use photographs or video/audio footage of you during the event. These images/recordings may be used for promotional purposes in any public format, including but not limited to publication on Internet/Intranet websites, brochures, other publications, and/or press releases. You understand that such promotion will be disseminated to the public and may be copied or otherwise reproduced.
Release of Liability: By participating in this event, you release the Connecticut State Independent Living Council (CT SILC) from any liability related to the use of these images/recordings, including any claims arising from their dissemination to or use by the public. You will confirm your agreement to these terms when ordering your tickets.
Information collected through registration may be used or shared as needed to meet event reporting, funding, or grant requirements. When possible, information will be provided in summary or non-identifying form. If identifiable information is required, CT SILC will share only the information needed for that purpose. Registering for this event does not sign you up for email or marketing lists maintained by event sponsors or funders.
Your registration is processed through Ticket Tailor, a third-party event registration provider. Information submitted through Ticket Tailor is also subject to Ticket Tailor’s privacy practices, which may differ from those of CT SILC.
