Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership Privacy Policy
All sales and donations are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal circumstances. If you are unable to attend or participate in an event or program, you may transfer your ticket or enrollment to another person by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the event or program start date. No other changes will be accommodated. Contributions made as part of a ticket purchase, program enrollment, standalone donation, or other are considered charitable gifts to Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL) and are non-refundable.
