Name, age, grade and T-shirt size

This is needed for camp registration, to place campers in appropriate groups, and to provide a T-shirt for each camper.
Information we collect about scholarship recipients:
Which need-based financial aid programs the family receives or qualifies for.
Why we collect this:
To ensure that scholarships are targeted towards needy families.
We do not share information with have collected with any third parties. Our website, www.citruscircuits.org does not collect cookies.
Your payment information may also be collected by the ticketing or payment platform. That information is covered under those platforms' respective privacy policies.
This privacy policy may be updated at any time. If there are any changes users will be asked to review and re-accept the policy at the appropriate time.
MEDIA CONSENT AND RELEASE:
Photographs and video will be taken during camp activities. By registering for this event, you grant permission and consent that any such photographs or video may be published and used by Citrus Circuits to illustrate and promote the camp experience, Davis Youth Robotics, or the Citrus Circuits robotics program.
If you register your camper for the VIRTUAL RoboCamp, you are agreeing for the camper to use Zoom, a third party service. You recognize that there is an expectation to keep video on during camp meetings, and that your camper may be recorded by Citrus Circuits. For campers to use these programs and services, certain personal identifying information such as the camper’s name and registered IDs might be provided to Citrus Circuits and to ZOOM.
Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), a federal law, ZOOM and Citrus Circuits must provide parental notification and obtain parental consent before collecting personal information (photo/audio/video recordings) from children under the age of 13.
