Personal data collected for this event will be stored and processed for the purposes of Rabbit Run 2025, which includes pre event, during the event and follow up feedback after the event.
Location data captured during the event will be deleted within 14 days of the event ending unless required otherwise by law, or where it directly relates to an incident that is ongoing. In these cases it will be deleted within 14 days of the investigation ending or when advised.
