When you book a ticket, we collect the personal information needed to manage your booking and run the event safely. This may include your name, email address, ticket type, booking details, access requirements, dietary information and any information you choose to provide through the booking form.
We use this information to:
- process your booking
- send event information and updates
- manage attendance and venue safety
- respond to access or wellbeing needs you tell us about
- keep appropriate records if there is a safeguarding, wellbeing or safety concern
Ticket bookings are processed through Ticket Tailor. Payment processing may also involve third-party payment providers.
We will only collect information that is necessary for the event. Please do not provide sensitive personal information unless it is needed to support your access, safety or wellbeing.
Information relating to access needs or safeguarding concerns will be handled carefully and shared only where necessary, for example with the Event Safeguarding Lead, venue staff or emergency services where there is a serious risk of harm.
Booking and attendance information will normally be kept for up to six months after the event unless a longer period is required for safeguarding, insurance, legal or financial reasons.
We will not add you to a mailing list unless you choose to opt in below.
You have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, request deletion in some circumstances, and object to certain uses of your information.
