We use 2 third-party payment/financial software called Square and Stripe which run our entire payment system.
We also use it to provide a loyalty scheme. When you consent to join Elsham Hall Rewards, Square securely stores customer data identifiers to operate a digital loyalty scheme. The digital loyalty scheme tracks members' spending at any of our sites to reward customers.
We also use Square’s instant profile setting which automatically creates a skeleton profile within Square when a customer makes a payment with a card across our sites. This is simply a name/identifier. This allows us to track/trace our customer visits to provide a necessary data set. Providing us with information to adjust prices/stock, operation hours, and create value and offers.
No Data is shared or sold. You can ask us to remove you from our system at any time.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored using Square or Stripe.
We keep Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) for an indefinite period. We will only dispose of your information if the claimant requests or does not use our services for 24 months.
