Privacy Policy for Empowered Healing

Ticket orders are processed on our behalf by Ticket Tailor through our event ticket shop. Ticket Tailor has no direct relation with ticket buyers. If you have any questions about your tickets, our ticket shop, your order or otherwise relating to an event, please contact us, not Ticket Tailor. Likewise, if you would like us to amend or delete any of the personal data you have provided to us, please contact us, not Ticket Tailor.

Empowered Healing and whoever is hosting the event you purchase tickets for (referred to here on as "we" and "our"), will retain your name and email address when you purchase a ticket.  You may be added to the email mailing lists for Natalie Ford Events, Empowered Healing and whoever is hosting the event you purchase tickets for.  We promise not to spam you and endeavour to send our e-newsletters at a comfortable frequency, containing information about our work and upcoming events that we hope you will find interesting.  You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or notifying us by email.

We hold and process your payment information for the purposes of taking authorised payment and issuing refunds in certain circumstances. We do not use your payment information for any other purpose.

Refund Policy

Please note: during Social Distancing, no refunds are available for events - this is because event income has already been incredibly heavily hit.

Outside of lock down/social distancing, this policy applies:

You are welcome to sell your ticket to someone else if you can no longer make it - please let us know so we can update the name on the door list.

  • Upto 4 weeks before: 95% refund (5% deducted for fee charges and admin)
  • Upto 2 weeks before: 80% refund
  • Upto 1 week before: 50% refund
  • Less than 1 week before: if the event has sold out AND we are able to resell your ticket, we will issue a 50% refund - otherwise no refund is available less than 7 days before the event.
