EZER MIZION EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION
These are the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) governing your participation in any EZER MIZION, owned and operated live show, meeting, virtual event, concert, seminar or conference (the “Live Event”). By registering for the Live Event you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between the Live Event owner and host, EZER MIZION, (“EZER MIZION.” or “Owner and Organizer”) and the registered participant (“you” or “Participant”). If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the Participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
1 Participant Requirements
1.1 Access. Your registration entitles you to access to the Live Event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and Live Event shall have no liability for such costs.
1.2 Use of Likeness. By participating in the Live Event you acknowledge and agree to grant Live Event the right at the Live Event to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to Live Event includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
1.3 Live Event Content. You acknowledge and agree that Live Event, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Live Event, including but not limited to, the Live Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time. Live Event content shall be recorded by EZER MIZION and will be accessible to paid Participants.
2 Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Limitations on Use. By registering for a EZER MIZION Live Events you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your complimentary access link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by the Organizer. By registering for a paid Live Event, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access. If EZER MIZION determines that you have violated this policy, EZER MIZION may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement authorities, and ban you from future Live Events.
2.2 Disruptive Conduct. You acknowledge and agree that EZER MIZION reserves the right to remove you from the Live Event if EZER MIZION Inc., in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the Live Event or the enjoyment of the Live Event content by other attendees.
2.3 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping. Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at EZER MIZION Live Events.
2.4 Unethical/Non-Compliant Business Practices. EZER MIZION reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant business practices.
2.5 In addition to the requirements and prohibitions set forth in this Section 2, EZER MIZION may also exclude any prospective participant from registering for or participating in any Live Event, in EZER MIZION sole discretion.
3 Fees and Registration
3.1 Payment. The payment of the applicable fee for the Live Event is due upon registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason EZER MIZION may refuse to allow you to access the Live Event and shall have no liability in that regard.
3.2 Taxes. The fees may be subject to sales tax, value added tax, or other taxes and duties which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fees.
4 Cancellation and Quality Assurance
4.1 EZER MIZION strives to provide you with the most productive and effective educational experience possible. If after completing the course you feel there is some way we can improve, please provide us in writing with your comments on the evaluation provided upon arrival. Should you feel dissatisfied with your learning experience and wish to request a credit or refund, please submit it in writing no later than 10 business days after the end of the Live Event to: EZER MIZION, 5225 New Utrecht Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11219.
4.2 Cancellations are subject to the entire Live Event registration fee. All sales are final. No payments will be refunded or refundable. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not access the Live Event, you are still responsible for payment. In no event shall EZER MIZION be obligated to refund all or a portion of the registration fee.
4.3 If EZER MIZION is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the Live Event you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such Live Event cannot be conducted because of a software or issue with the hosting platform or due to acts of God, strikes, covid-19, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) EZER MIZION shall have the right to immediately terminate the affected Live Event without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to Registrant. If the affected Live Event is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the Live Event, then EZER MIZION will reschedule the affected Live Event and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Conference.
5 Live Event Registration Confirmation
5.1 Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your Live Event email(s) are caught by spam filters.
5.2 You will receive essential information for registered attendees electronically at the email address and mailing address that are provided on your registration form.
5.3 In addition, you will also be added to the Live Event participant list for notifications of future Live Events.
5.4 If you would like to opt-out of any of these benefits, a link is provided in each email to provide the ability to opt-out.
5 Live Event Registration Confirmation

We collect, process, store and use personal data when you book a ticket to an event including your name, address and email address together with payment information. We may also collect personal data that you give to us about other people if you register them to attend an event. You agree that you have notified any other person whose personal data that you provide to us of this privacy notice and, where necessary, obtained their consent so that we can lawfully process their personal data in accordance with this policy.
All personal data that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate. If you provide us with inaccurate or false data, and we suspect or identify fraud, we will record this.
You do not need to provide us with any personal data to view our event ticket shop. However, we may still collect the information set under the Data we automatically collect section of this policy, and marketing communications in accordance with the Marketing Communications section of this policy.
When you contact us by email or post, we may keep a record of the correspondence and we may also record any telephone call we have with you.
When you visit our event ticket shop, we, or third parties on our behalf, automatically collect and store information about your device and your activities. This information could include (a) your computer or other device's unique ID number; (b) technical information about your device such as type of device, web browser or operating system; (c) your preferences and settings such as time zone and language; and (d) statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns. We collect this information using cookies in accordance with the Cookie section of this policy and we use the information we collect on an anonymous basis to improve our event ticket shop, our events and the services we provide, and for analytical and research purposes.
It is necessary for our legitimate interests to use your personal data to send you marketing communications, which may include newsletters, blog posts, surveys and information about new events.
You can choose to no longer receive marketing communications by contacting us at cmweil@ezermizionusa.org or clicking unsubscribe from a marketing email. If you do unsubscribe to marketing communications, it may take up to 5 business days for your new preferences to take effect. We shall therefore retain your personal data in our records for marketing purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us.
We will use your personal data in order to comply with our contractual obligation to supply to you the tickets to an event that you have booked, including to contact you with any information relating to the event, to deliver the event to you in accordance with any requests you make and that we agree to, and to deal with any questions, comments or complaints you have in relation to the event.
We may also use your personal data for our legitimate interests, including dealing with any customer services you require, enforcing the terms of any other agreement between us, for regulatory and legal purposes (for example anti-money laundering), for audit purposes and to contact you about changes to this policy.
We may share your personal data with any service providers, sub-contractors and agents that we may appoint to perform functions on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, including payment providers, event ticketing providers, email communication providers, IT service providers, accountants, auditors and lawyers.
Under certain circumstances we may have to disclose your personal data under applicable laws and/or regulations, for example, as part of anti-money laundering processes or protect a third party's rights, property, or safety.
We may also share your personal data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.
Some or all of your personal data may be stored or transferred outside of the European Union (the EU) for any reason, including for example, if our email server is located in a country outside the EU or if any of our service providers or their servers are based outside of the EU. We shall only transfer your personal data to organisations that have provided adequate safeguards in respect of your personal data.
A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred (through your browser) from a website to the hard drive of your computer. The cookie identifies your browser but will not let a website know any personal data about you, such as your name and/or address. These files are then used by websites to identify when users revisit that website.
Our event ticket shop uses cookies so that we can recognise you when you return and personalise your settings and preferences. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can change your browser settings either to notify you when you have received a cookie, or to refuse to accept cookies. Please note that our event ticket shop may not operate efficiently if you refuse to accept cookies.
We also use Google Analytics to monitor how the event ticket shop is used. Google Analytics collects information anonymously and generates reports detailing information such as the number of visits to the event ticket shop, where visitors generally came from, how long they stayed on the event ticket shop, and which pages they visited. Google Analytics places several persistent cookies on your computer's hard drive. These do not collect any personal data. If you do not agree to this you can disable persistent cookies in your browser. This will prevent Google Analytics from logging your visits.
We shall process your personal data in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.
Where we have given, or you have chosen a password, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
However, you acknowledge that no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take these steps to secure your personal data, we do not promise that your personal data will always remain completely secure.
You have the right to obtain from us a copy of the personal data that we hold for you, and to require us to correct errors in the personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You also have the right at any time to require that we delete your personal data. Please note, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
If you have any complaints in relation to this policy or otherwise in relation to our processing of your personal data, you should contact the UK supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner, see www.ico.org.uk.
Our event ticket shop may contain links to other sites of interest. Once you have used these links to leave our event ticket shop, you should note that we do not have any control over that other site. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy policy applicable to the site in question.
If you register with us, we shall retain your personal data until you close your account.
If you receive marketing communications from us, we shall retain your personal data until you opt out of receiving such communications.
If you have otherwise booked a ticket with us or contacted us with a question or comment, we shall retain your personal data for 6 months following such contact to respond to any further queries you might have.
If any provision of this policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We may change the terms of this policy from time to time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy so that you are aware of any changes to it. If you continue to use our event ticket shop after the time we state the changes will take effect, you will have accepted the changes.
