2. Data we collect and why
When you book a ticket, we may collect your name, email address, billing and order information, ticket details and answers to checkout questions. We use this information to process your booking and payment, issue your ticket, manage event attendance, provide customer support and contact you about important event updates.
Full payment card details are processed directly by the payment provider selected during checkout and are not stored by Femkind®.
3. FLINTA* self-identification
The events are specifically intended for FLINTA* participants. We may ask you to confirm that the stated audience applies to you. We do not request identification, evidence or further details. Your answer is used only to protect the intended safer-space concept of the event.
4. Service providers
We use Ticket Tailor to manage ticket bookings. Ticket Tailor processes personal data on our behalf as a data processor. Information may also be shared with payment, email, IT or event service providers where necessary to fulfil your booking.
Personal data is not sold. Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate data-protection safeguards are used.
5. Data retention
Booking and invoice information is retained for the applicable statutory retention periods. Other attendee information is deleted when it is no longer required for the event or related enquiries. Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
We will only send you marketing emails where you have actively opted in. Booking an event does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time by contacting contact@femkind.de.
