In order to better provide you with information and services offered on our site, FICRA may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
• First and Last Name

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. This information may be requested and provided by you when you send us an EMail, subscribe to our Electronic Newsletter, apply for or renew your FICRA Membership, or sign up for an event at the Nichols Community Center. We use this information to communicate with you and provide the services you have requested. We may also gather additional personal or non personal information in the future.
In some cases, the information you provide is not actually submitted to our website, but to another site. For example, we use Constant Contact for the FICRA Electronic Newsletter, and when you sign up through our site, you are actually submitting the information via their secure website. FICRA collects and uses your personal information to communicate with you and deliver the service(s) that you have requested.
FICRA does not sell, rent or lease our Member lists to third parties. We do use the information you provide to send you EMail through a service we subscribe to (Constant Contact), send you postal mail, and deliver services. All third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to FICRA, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
FICRA may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process on FICRA/Trust or the site; b) protect and defend the rights or property of FICRA/Trust; and/or c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of FICRA/Trust, or the public.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
FICRA does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
From time to time, FICRA may contact you via EMail for the purpose of providing announcements, event information, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general information. If you would like to stop receiving this information, simply follow the unsubscribe and/or Update Profile links at the end of any email you receive via our Constant Contact service.
FICRA reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice via the FICRA Electronic Newsletter, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through the Site after such modifications will constitute your: a) acknowledgement of the modified Privacy Policy; and b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
