Who We Are
FIRST Nevada (PO Box 33565, Las Vegas, NV 89133) is the exclusive Program Delivery Organization for all FIRST programs in the state of Nevada. We use TicketTailor to manage event registration and ticketing for our programs and events. Questions about this policy may be directed to Info@FIRSTNevada.org.
What We Collect and Why
When you register for a FIRST Nevada event, we collect only the information necessary to plan and deliver that event. The specific information requested will vary depending on the nature of the event.
We collect only information we will actually use. We do not collect information speculatively or for purposes unrelated to the event for which you are registering.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through registration is used exclusively for planning and delivering the event for which you registered. This may include check-in logistics, materials fulfillment, catering, scheduling communications, and post-event follow-up. We do not use your information for general marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Who Has Access
Attendee data is stored securely in FIRST Nevada's internal systems. Access is limited to FIRST Nevada staff and volunteers directly involved in planning and delivering the relevant event. We use TicketTailor as our registration platform; by completing registration, you acknowledge that TicketTailor processes your payment and registration data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain attendee data for one year following the conclusion of the event for which it was collected. After that period, personal data collected through registration will be permanently deleted. This retention window supports post-event follow-up and future planning while ensuring that information is not held longer than necessary.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data by contacting us at Info@FIRSTNevada.org. We will respond to requests promptly.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States federal law.
